Leaving from Haute-Nendaz, begin a descent offering superb viewpoints to arrive on the floor of the Rhone Valley and the market town of Sion. If you do this tour in early spring, you may be lucky to witness the apricot orchards in full blosom! When you arrive in Sion, take the opportununity to visit the ancient quarters and the famous castles of Valère and Tourbillon.

This mountain bike tour begins at the sports centre in the centre of Haute Nendaz and flows the signposts number 128.
Ride to the round about and turn right. On the bend next to the Déserteur, take the Route des Argeys on the left. At the junction with the Route de Siviez, ride uphill for a few metres until you reach the chemin de la Forêt which drops below the main road on the left.
Continue towards Saclentse. Cross this charming village with its flowered balconies and continue towards Basse-Nendaz. Follow the main road for a few metres until you reach the wide bend and a car park.
As you enter the bend, take the dirt track which runs downhill on the left. Follow this track until you reach the hamlet of Terry, that you cross. You then arrive once again on the main road, on a bend.
Ride down to the little parking area on the left and follow the chemin du Village on your left, which runs downhill across Brignon. At the first junction, branch off to the left and continue through the village.
You then come once again to the main road, which you cross to take the road opposite which runs uphill towards les Bioleys. You follow this road for a few minutes before taking the gravel track running downhill on the left.
Ride on until you reach the fruit stall located at the Mury and continue on the gravel track until you reach Miseriez. At the bus stop, ride downhill along the Route de Salins. Follow the signposts towards «Pravidondaz». For a short while, ride along the main road before taking, on your right, the Route de la Courtaz. Follow the signposts for Sion. And here you are in Sion !
