Reach Tracouet without any effort thanks to the gondola. For this itinerary, follow the Mountain Bike signposts numbers 133 and 129.
Enjoy a moment on the edge of the Lac Noir before beginning your descent towards Sofleu. At the junction, turn right and follow the forest track called l'Aplanie all the way to Siviez. There you can find a beautiful picnic spot on the banks of the River Printse, as well as the start of the barefoot path for those who enjoy experiencing new sensations !
