Situated 15 minutes on foot from the ski lifts, the Balcon des Alpes is located in the lower part of the resort of Haute-Nendaz.

This modern and cozy studio consists of a living room with convertible sofa bed, kitchen with dishwasher, shower room, TV, Internet access and parking space available around the apartment building. It sleeps two guests.

Its location, allows quick access to the ski lifts as well as to the resorts shops, restaurants, and bars.

The resort of Haute-Nendaz is located at a 15 minutes drive from Siviez and a 25 minutes drive to Sion. In Haute-Nendaz, there are a number of restaurants and shops as well as the departure station of the Tracouet gondola.

Throughout the winter, free shuttle buses run between the resorts of Haute-Nendaz and Siviez.
